have gotten emails from several customers concerned that their packages
have been lost because they are late and/or tracking data shows them to
have been in the Jersey City sorting facility for days.
Those packages are now moving. Most have been delivered already.
understand that shopping online this year has been unprecedented, and the
USPS, UPS and FedEx are trying to run beyond their capacity. In the 10
years I have been shipping packages, (thousands and thousands of
packages), the USPS has NEVER lost a Priority Mail package, and has lost
only two or three First Class packages. Please be patient. Your
packages will arrive.
Fishing For Buffalo
by Herb S.
Now that carp rods are being listed on TenkaraBum I thought perhaps the following book might be of some interest to carp anglers and life-listers (definitely NOT micro!):
"Fishing for Buffalo: A Guide to the Pursuit, Lore and Cuisine of Buffalo, Carp, Mooneye, Gar and Other "Rough Fish" by Buffler and Dickson.
I have had the 1990 edition for several years and I see it's been reprinted and available from the University of Minnesota Press, Amazon and no doubt other vendors. This is an excellent book about the habits, ranges, diets, etc. of many species most of us have never heard of. It's not about fixed line fishing but it's valuable information nonetheless. I highly recommend it.

As age slows my pace, I will become more like the heron.
The hooks are sharp.
The coffee's hot.
The fish are slippery when wet.
