Returns - Cancellations
Unused items may be returned for exchange or refund, with a few exceptions.
Rods with cork grips come with plastic shrink wrap on the grip. The original plastic wrapping must still be in place.
Packages that are sealed, for example Varivas tippet, Fuji KTC rod caps and EZ Keepers, Stonfo tippet rings, Marukyu Power Isome, etc. must have the factory seal intact.
Things that are stapled together must still be stapled together - with the original staple.
Basically, everything has to be brand new and exactly the same as it was when you received it.

We've all had situations where seriously chewed up flies kept catching fish after fish after fish. It is no sin to tie flies that come off the vise looking seriously chewed up.
