Contact Us

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your email address with anyone for any reason (unless we get a subpoena from the cops or the Feds and we absolutely, positively have to).

After you submit the form, you will receive a "Thank You" email. If you have asked a question, you will get another email later on with an answer to your question.

Please, please double check that your email address is correct! If you do not get a "form letter" response thanking you for your submission almost immediately, you may have typed in your email address incorrectly. You'd be surprised how often that happens, but if the email address you type in is wrong, there is no way for me to contact you.

Also, if you enter your email address with a "typo," there is a very good chance that you have actually entered someone else's email address. When that person receives the automated "thank you" response, and then my answer to your question, he or she will consider it spam (unwanted email). I really don't want to send spam. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT.

In addition to the quick formal "thank you" message, you should also a specific answer to your question (perhaps the next day). If you don't, please resubmit your question and be sure your email address is typed correctly. I've had several very good questions submitted that I could not respond to because both email addresses were entered incorrectly.

If your order has a your wife's name or a company name and a company email, and you write in under your name and on your personal email I will not be able to find your order.

If you are going to ask me "How long will it take to get here?" you have to tell me where "here" is. If you live across the street from me, it is one day. If you live in Russia or Italy, it is one month. I can't tell from your email address where you live.

One last thing. If you have a "white list" email system, and if you actually want an answer to your question, it is YOUR responsibility to add to your white list. Do not expect me to fill out a form asking permission to answer your question.
