TenkaraBum No Vise Challenge - First timer

(Montreal, Québec)

#12 Mustad C49s, pheasant feather and olive green thread.
I discovered the the Teeny nymph this spring and it fits my fishing philosophy perfectly - it's simple to tie, it's cheap and it catches fish well. It has replaced the Killer Bug as my go to fly. Photographed is a 13in golden brown from the Diable river near Mont Tremblant, Québec.

As age slows my pace, I will become more like the heron.

The hooks are sharp.
The coffee's hot.
The fish are slippery when wet.
