My ugly little fly.
I used a bait-type hook for this fly with the barb crushed and the filed a little. The hackle is Hungarian partridge and the thread is just some dark brown standard sewing thread. I only caught 6 little sunfish on this fly since the wind was horrible that day (although I did great on a keiryu rig) the biggest barely hitting 4 inches. But still a great day!

As age slows my pace, I will become more like the heron.
The hooks are sharp.
The coffee's hot.
The fish are slippery when wet.
