The Meiho Fly Case SS is a 4" x 3" x 1" case made from high density polyethylene, which is essentially unbreakable. It has one fixed longitudinal divider and 6 removable dividers, giving you the ability to configure anywhere from two to eight compartments.
The case also works very nicely as a minimalist case for lure fishing, as it will hold a few spoons, a few spinners and a few 50mm minnow plugs (or 60 or 70mm).
The Meiho Fly Case SS is also a handy case for float fishing. It will hold the Owner 40 and 55mm Acorn Floats, the Owner 70mm Top Floats and the Nakazima 5/8", 1/2" and 3/8" Ball Floats.
The case has a positive closure and your choice of two eyes that can be used to clip it to a lanyard.
All in all, it is an extremely versatile case for just $3.
For years I used a small 6-compartment box that I eventually started selling as the Minimalist Fly Box for $2. The last batch I received would not stay closed. The molded catch didn't catch, which made the cases virtually useless. The Meiho Fly Case SS stays closed when you latch it. It is also a bit larger than the Minimalist Fly Box (while still fitting in your pocket). It has more configuration options. It is easily worth an extra dollar!
