Scottish Browns III

by Terry Farmer

Just got back from my annual Scotland visit. Got to visit my grand kids, daughter and son-in-law. Once again I had a little time to sample some local streams. I managed a few of these browns with my trusty Tenkara Bum 36 and a pheasant tail nymph. Big Fun All Around. I'm truly blessed.

Heh, Heh. Sorry, no plaid, kilts or funny hats. I did, however, bust out my Super Grand Dad t-shirt and a nice rain jacket. In April and May it's best to be prepared for rain, cold, wind and sunshine. Quite often all in the same day. Not unlike a lot of places in the U.S. this time of year.

The hooks are sharp.
The coffee's hot.
The fish are slippery when wet.
